Summary: Nice views. Customer service by the desk staff could use some adjustments.The room didn't have a chair and because of an injury I requested one . I was told by the front desk that she would look into it. No chair appeared despite four of them being stacked beside the elevator for the duration of my stay. Room was clean,bed comfortable , and area was as advertised.
